This is a unique opportunity for anyone looking to combine an interest in business with a desire to support an important mission. As a Senior Analyst, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the investment process and have broad exposure to a range of asset classes. You will engage in broad, abstract investment discussions, as well as dig deep into individual aspects of a manager’s investment strategy and organization. Senior Analysts often work directly with CIO Andy Golden and other senior staff on projects ranging from the selection of external investment specialists to the setting of policy and strategy. You will conduct due diligence on current and prospective investment managers, build models to aid in decision-making, and monitor portfolio performance and exposures. Due diligence projects typically involve a deep dive into the investment manager’s portfolio, visiting portfolio companies across multiple industries and geographies, conducting reference calls and meetings with CEOs, and assessing the investment manager’s motivations and intentions. Examples of past Senior Analyst projects include analyzing co-investment opportunities in tech companies, meeting with and evaluating public equities funds in Southeast Asia, and advising funds on their diversity and inclusion efforts.
